Fortnightly Drop-In Mindfulness Sessions

Take a gentle pause with our welcoming mindfulness sessions, designed for anyone living with or beyond cancer, as well as their loved ones.

Led by Hilary Smyth, a qualified teacher and member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI), these sessions offer a calm, supportive space to breathe, reflect and reconnect.

Mindfulness can help ease stress, nurture emotional wellbeing and build resilience during challenging times.

No booking required.
Sessions are free of charge and open to anyone affected by cancer. Simply come as you are and stay for as long as you wish.
