Mediation in motion is a new class run by Marjolyn , who you might recognise from our Tai Chi.
This class will offer a series of gentle flowing movements will help you to connect with your body & mind. They will also help you to release stress, tension & pain. Mindfully focusing on your breathing as well as your movements will help stimulate your blood & energy flow. It will relax & strengthen your body & mind as well as improving your posture, balance & general wellbeing.
